Now first let me say, these *are* small, but the item description and photos show you exactly what size you're getting before you order.You do have to squeeze these repeatedly and quickly to get the sand out into the sand art bottles, but I found them to be faster to pour than larger bottles are, due to their smaller size possibly.I ordered these and also a 6-color sand set in much larger bottles for a platform at a festival, and EVERYONE preferred these smaller sand bottles over the larger bottles. These really were absolutely perfect for filling small sand art bottles.

I bought this set of colored sand for an art project for my four-year-old granddaughter. The bottles have a small opening so that not too much sand comes out at a time, which works well. There is a wonderful variety of colored sand in bright, happy colors. My granddaughter is enjoying this sand project. I would buy it again as it is economical, well made and easy to use.

For the price, you get such a wide variety of colors it’s almost too much! These were purchased for a preschool art project and The functionality of each container made it easy to use and contained all mess. I was very impressed!

Works well if you cut the tip of the bottle. Hard to get out otherwise. Sand color was very vibrant.

Best variety I've found for the money. It sinks to the bottom of newly poured resin (exactly what I wanted), not like liquid colors, so keep that in mind.

Great for kids and parties and used for kids at my daughter's baby shower.

We used these to make sand art bottles and sand art on contact paper. It really helped contain the mess. Sometimes the sand comes out a little slow and you have to keep squeezing but I liked that because we were using it with toddlers. Excellent value.

This set is great for adding to an artist's collection, for a couple of children to use for sand art in small containers, or a group to use in tiny charm bottles.Pros:Great color assortmentVery fine sand for art projects or tiny bottle charms.Cons:Sand amount per bottle isn't enough for multiple small sand art projects.Tiny opening in bottlesThese were purchased for making sand art at a kid's party... they all had a great time, with only a few complaints.There was a great assortment of colors... but they didn't last long.Unfortunately the bottle sizes are pretty little so for one layer in a small container, you end up using quite a bit of the color.The bottles themselves were challenging for the kids to use as sand came out of the tiny holes very slowly.We ended up pulling the tops off to pour into mini funnels that came with our bottle set and kept things moving.
