What is the formula used to make liposomal vitamin c & glutathione mixture?

I use this recipe I got from Youtube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1cBp879mfgITips: Soak the lecithin first before blending, make sure the water that you add vit C or glutathione to is warm, add a bit of vanilla extract to the end product to improve taste. I make the glutathione mixture separate from the vit. C mixture, two separate batches. Instead of 1 Tsp vitamin C, I use 1 Tsp glutathione. For my next batches, I will be using sunflower lecithin because I don't care to have too much soy in my diet. If I had to do it over, I would have bought the larger size ultrasonic cleaner so I could make more at one time. Both mixtures are great and don't last long around our house.
