Sorry if this is long-winded, but I just want to share & if someone is in a similar boat they can relate. I discovered 15 years that i have MTHFR the C677T - the normal gene is C677C the mutated is C677T which means the C-Cystosine and the T- Thiamine impairs function. After 15 cycles of failed IVF cycles , doctors were baffled why treatment would not work. At that time I knew very little about it. Decided to spend alot of money$$$ researching this topic and buying the suplements that went with it. NOTHING WORKED!!! In a NUTSHELL.. I don`t methylate properly, toxins just build up. You need Gluthathione to methylate. What is inside our cells? Magnesium and potassium – and glutathione. If any of these are deficient, then the cell does not function properly. Many people with MTHFR are deficient in glutathione Solution: Easiest way to increase glutathione levels is with liposomal glutathione. This allows the glutathione to ‘slip’ inside the cell with tiny liposomes. You Can do IV`s but once again at $85 a go , & you need quite alot . For me this was the best option. So decided to buy My own loose Glutathione powder. Bulk supplements quality and price is amazing. So I made my own liposome. Glutathione is best done as liposome, IV or suppository for effectiveness. I have tried capsules in the past by several companies and felt they did nothing. Maybe because they are filled with so much gelatin, titanium dioxide, talcum powder. Also the FDA is coming down hard on supplement companies, to reduce the efficacy of supplements. The only way now to to start to become your own chemist. To make your own Liposome you will need "Lecithin" powder so the 2 are emulsified together , which gets to blood stream faster. I started taking my dosage low 1 teaspoon in the morning and wow what a difference, my brain - fog went, the fatigue & heaviness,.... my energy levels ......'it has jump started my system.(also another bonus you ladies might like is the skin lightening effect it creates) not massively but wkin will look clearer and lighter, my husband noticed it. I could not pin point at first what it was but then stream lined my supplements and noticed it was the Glutathione. I do believe in the "Low & Slow " method. I`m also taking Molybdenum to "mop " up excess byproducts. ..let me know if you want my recipe, . I wrote a review on the Sunflower Lecithin were I posted a Liposome Vit C recipe , this is similar to that. I also stated when I make Liposome mixture I never use metal ANYTHING, like pots, spoons, ultra sonic cleaner..... i have a hard time detoxifying so trying to minimise my "metal-load" as metal vapors always get released. I use wood utensils, and glass pyrex dishes and pans. I love Bulk Supplements, cost wise it`s worth buying loose then doing your research , the possiblities are endless. You can make whatever you want. Have no fear , just knowledge. Hope you enjoyed my review from my personal experience this might not suit everyone , especially if you don`t have MTHFR.

I am so grateful that several helpful Amazon reviewers clarified that it works to take this powder under one's tongue as a way to bypass the usual glutathione absorption problem without needing to go through the extra steps or costs to get the liposomal version. It is rather tart in taste but ok to consume this way as I prefer the simplicity. I only started this very recently & went for the full 500 mg/dose 3 times a day so I could quickly determine the extent to which this supplement would be worth continuing as I have for 20+ years now been eating & living super healthily including taking many great supplements. I HAVE BEEN AMAZED AT VERY RAPID HUGE IMPROVEMENTS IN MY STAMINA + LONG-TERM TOXICITY OVERLOAD SYMPTOMS & TO FIND THAT THE IMPROVEMENTS INCREASED FURTHER ONCE I ADDED THE R-ALPHA LIPOIC ACID POWDER BulkSupplements sells also even though I have used R-ALA in pill form from 2 other companies for about a year now as well as regular ALA for many years. My reading about glaucoma had indicated that both gingko biloba & glutathione may be helpful for improved micro circulation & detoxification in the eye area. What surprised me was to see how many places mention glutathione as critical for & therefore rapidly depleted by heavy metal detoxification. This might explain the very tough & long journey it's been for me in the process of gradually reducing my lead & mercury levels down to normal range. It has not helped to have mostly lived in very old homes with lead pipes & paint after growing up in a third world country where there was no unleaded gas option & with way too many mercury fillings, most of which were not removed safely. Given my rapid improvements whenever I take Thorne's "Methyl Guard Plus" & worsening of toxicity overload symptoms whenever I back off, I likely have the methylation gene defect an M.D. recently found in 147 of the 150 chronic Lyme cases she had tested for this gene defect. So I'm starting to wonder how many chronic problems & even diseases such as cancer or dieabetes or heart attacks may simply be the result of some gene deficiencies combined with too many sources of toxic/stress overload easily resulting in an ever-worsening backlog unless sufficient detox support is present to enable the natural recovery centuries of evolution have ideally equipped our bodies to do. I feel like this regulated my hormones immediately. It blends well and doesn't clump up at the bottom of my water bottle. The taste is mild snd tolerable. Will buy again A++

I have been taking this glutathione reduced powder for about 2 weeks. To enhance absorption I place a quarter teaspoon under my tongue (sublingual) and allow it to dissipate. It has a slightly tart, salty taste that I don't mind at all since I like salt. It is much less salty than the acetyl L carnitine powder, which I am also taking. I have noticed a slight increase in energy during strenuous physical activity, although I take many supplements, including rhodiola rosea salidroside, which also contribute to energy and endurance. My feeling is that the glutathione is enabling me to perform a little better in the gym when I do high intensity interval training followed by super slow motion weight training. This is particularly true when I play a couple of hours of tennis first. But the reason I bought the product is for the high antioxidant and detox properties, together with its positive contribution to eye health. I bought the 250 gram size so it will last a long time. I will likely continue to use it even though it is pricey.

I purchased this product to help boost my immune system and help with chronic pain and fatigue. I have suffered from chronic pain a fatigue for several years so I'm always looking for natural products to support my health. During my recent research I came across the benefits of Glutathione, so I thought I would give it a try. This review is very early in the game for me, but I would like to share my initial feelings on the product. The product was promptly delivered and received in good condition. When I opened the packet I kinda made a mess, because I didn't take the time to make sure that all of the powder was near the bottom on the bag. The powder is very light and isn't gritty at all. It doesn't have any type of foul or strange odor. I was a little nervous because I read a few reviews that said it was quite nasty, but I decided to be brave and try the product sublingual. I measured out 1/4 cup and placed it under my tongue, and it dissolved very nicely. The taste was not bad at all. On a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being very nasty, I would rate it like a 2. I don't know why some people posted that it is nasty. I've tried some pretty nasty vitamins and supplements in my day, and believe me this product doesn't come anywhere close. I hope this products works out for me. If I have any adverse reactions are feel that it doesn't live up to it's claims I will return an update my review. For now, I'm quite happy with the purchase. I was not offered any funds, or free products for this review. This is my honest review. I hope it helps someone else to make a more informed decision.

as another reviewer mentioned, I decided to take this sublingually since I have not found lipoceutical glutathione to be that helpful for me and why do more work to make it. I just put a small bit under my tongue. I usually take it in the morning before I eat with some other detox supplements. I didn't notice feeling *better* and yet when I ran out I did find myself more sensitive to chemical exposures. (I have a history with chemical sensitivity and so though I am well I still continue with detox activities). So I restarted taking it and problems resolved. Also used it on a recent cross country airplane trip to help my body handle additional toxic exposures and again... no problems, no reactions. So my reasonable conclusion is that this is helping my body process toxins and I am continuing using it as a support. It is affordable as compared to other options on the market, and works to use it in bulk as delivered by bulk supplements. It does not compare to (complicated, expensive) nebulized glutathione, and if you are very sick I highly recommend that. But for where I am at now, this works great and I recommend it to those who need something to increase thier detox capacity.

TASTE YUK, EXPECTED AS A POWDER INSIDE CAPSULE, BUT NOW BECAUSE IT TASTE BAD CANNOT CONSUME IT. WASTED MONEY.
