Awesome computer screen
This LG monitor is great. I have it with another LG widescreen together to day trade. It works perfectly and looks great.

It's a great monitor overall
The darks are dark I will leave it at that. Everything else works as described. It came in a nicely protected package and no defects up until now, 4 months after purchase.

Speakers are complicated; Not dummy friendly
I cannot figure out how to make the speakers work. I ordered new speakers, thinking it was the speakers. I hear the new ones are plugged in, they make sound as though they're connected, but nothing comes out of them by way of music, etc.

It’s fine if you’re simply going to use its own base
The only thing I dislike is the inability to use a desk arm that holds multiple monitors.... and there is no real option either

I think I'm going to return this.
Image is not very crisp. Also, the screen has a downwards tilt that doesn't work ergonomically for me and you can't adjust the tilt angle which is very odd... I thought all monitors let you do this.
