Very good glass top stove. Neatly packed and carefully delivered with no damages. Only observation is on installation cost of 230 that was never mentioned in the instructions. We booked an installation call which was easy via Elica cust service. The service was prompt though exec said morning and came by evening (its still the same day, hence maintained prompt) but it was done very professionally checking for any leaks etc. Good that we did not try connecting the cylinder on our own. I strongly recommend professional installation to prospective buyers through Elica only as safety comes first. Keep in mind the 230 charges if LPG and 400 plus for piped gas. No complaints post installation. Working as expected. Overall a very good product by Elica and equally good Amazon delivery experience with no damages.

Please do not underestimate this hob just by looking at the price or design. Elica is a well-known Italian kitchen appliance brand with excellent build quality and performance. The finishing, flame control, and overall premium feel are really impressive. Been using it regularly and the experience has been smooth so far. Definitely gives a modern and elegant look to the kitchen as well. Highly recommended 👍

I purchased the Elica Vetro Glass Top 4 Burner Gas Stove from Amazon, expecting normal and efficient cooking performance. Unfortunately, all four burners have very low flame, making it extremely difficult and time-consuming to cook food. The issue is not limited to one burner—it is with all four burners. I have already called Elica service technicians more than three times, but the problem remains unresolved. The technicians have stated that they can increase the flame, but doing so may cause blackening/sooting of the utensils. This is not an acceptable solution. A 4-burner gas stove should provide sufficient flame for normal cooking on all burners. If the flame is intentionally kept low to avoid utensil blackening, then the product fails its basic purpose. Cooking takes significantly longer than with a standard gas stove. I would not recommend this product. Elica should provide a proper permanent solution or replacement rather than repeatedly sending technicians without resolving the underlying issue.

I baught this hob, Burner quality is not too good,let flames from side which spoil utensils. In this budget this product is ok but not tooo good.

AMAZING look and feel, solid built quality, prompt installation and clear communication. Super easy warranty registration and issue resolution w.r.t. gas switching off on sim and not working properly. They fixed it within hours to my satisfaction. Support representatives were professional and intelligent. I am very happy with the initial connect with ELICA support. Looking forward to have a good experience with the actual product.
