Highly recommended
this is a good brand with proven formulation and seem to work well. I tried buying some cheaper brands to save money, but when my current bottle of cheap pills are done, I will go back to this one. It’s better to pay a little more and get the quality that you need.

One instead of 2 large caps.
Like the combo of 2 gel caps in one. Easier to swallow one instead of 2. Do not have noticeable problems. Cannot tell if effective but numbers are good. No upset noted. I use st night and have not noticed any affect on erp either.

Does the job, no fish-oil burping
Omega-3s are recognized as healthy, but I've always used a grain based supplement, as the fish oil one was rejected by my stomach & would come back up the minute it was ingested. This doesn't cause me any issues.
