Definitely: The Official Story of Def Leppard

Excellent book, of one of the best live bands

I love big, hardback, coffee table style books about my favourite bands. The two Jimmy page ones, and the Master of Puppets one, are some of my favourites. This Def Leppard one is on a par with those with a LOT of reading in it so it's good value, not just a load of photos.

Growing up in the 80s and loving rock music, I was lucky to see many, many bands of that era at Brum Odeon. Leppard were one of those and this book brought back many memories. I hesitated on buying it at the higher price of £35 but jumped at Amazon's price of a tenner...and glad I did. Fantastic book, well illustrated and tells the bands story from band members themselves.

I bought this book for myself after many years of being a Def Leppard fan. I have a few of the these ‘coffee table’ books of my favourite bands. However I actually read every word in this DL book. An interesting and informative read as well as a great pictorial record. Recommended to Def Leppard fans !

I've become a bit of a Def Leppard fan over the years, after first hearing their music in around 2019. I'm really enjoying this book - struggling to put it down. It gives a great insight into the band, and for a young fan it takes me right through the 80s years when they were at their most prominent stage. Highly recommended for fans. It's not boring, like some other anthology books, it's very interesting (especially when playing the albums in the background while reading about them ;) See you at Wembley!

Well written, mostly by the boys. Loads of pictures, cuttings, press releases, tickets and assorted DL trivia. Loving reading about my favourite band!

Couldn’t wait to read this, it wasn’t what I thought it was going to be lots of pictures but still a great book.

Great book, shipped fast

Finally the official story from one of the best Rock'n Roll bands in the world :Def Leppard - from their own accounts! Great photos in a nicely designed book. I am a musician heavily influenced by this band and I love the story behind the music..very excited to start reading!

Excellent edition. High end printing and binding. Story telling in the first person, focus on the music and on the positive sides of life, not dwelling on the misfortune episodes. Nice gathering of live pics and pics of memorabilia. A very well achieved way of telling the story, so far.
