This battery fit my laptop perfectly. It was easy to install myself. Took the charge just fine and works just as it should. I'm very happy with the quality and the price.

I have a Dell XPS 9360, from back in 2016. The battery was lasting 44 minutes or less (it would go into suspend mode without telling you :) I got this battery, which also had the two screw drivers that you need to open the laptop and remove the old one. As a test, i let the laptop on on low power mode with the screen on the whole time. It lasted 13 hours before it went to sleep. Completely worth it, since i loved the size/touchscreen/form favor of that laptop. Dell power management says that the battery health is excellent. I've added some pictures of the battery life and the dell software.

I installed this battery myself. I am very proud of myself and surprised that it was so easy to install. I have been testing it. It lasted 6.5 hours. I work from home and have lots of apps to open, had a meeting and online shopping yet, it lasted that long. I'm impressed. The package also came with 2 screwdrivers which made it 10 times easier.

Battery fully chargers but it last 16 mins without gaming. So I have to plug in my laptop again. So pointless battery to weak.

EDIT: Seller is very hard to get ahold of. Even doing a google search doesn't lead to much and amazon was next to no help. HOWEVER the seller did reach out and made things right. They asked some questions but stood by their product. While I am not happy with product due to it failed on me I will say the seller did everything that they could. If they was easier to find/get a hold of I would order from them again. When I first got the battery I got it installed it worked fine for about a month. Today I booted up laptop and it was no longer accepting a charge. I tried to reach out to seller to ask a question and get support, However when I did this I got redirected to amazon chat support who basically told me that I was out of luck. I guess I shall try to google information about seller to try and contact them outside of amazon website. If you buy this battery make sure to contact within 30 days or seller and or amazon will not help you at least not yet. I will update this if I get it resolved.

Install was pretty easy on my laptop - it took a bit of force to unplug the battery connector but other than that it was easy. This battery works great on my laptop and is a great economical solution to a battery that won't even allow the laptop to power on when plugged into the AC power adapter.

Have ordered this item before and it has arrived on time and in excellent condition
