This is not an epilator. Epilators remove hair from the root. It’s a small shaver and it does that job, which is okay, but if it were an epilator, I wouldn’t have to use it so often. I have an eye condition and can’t pluck my eyebrows and I’ve discovered that since it is so small, I can hold my eyelid down and easily use this to clean up my brows and am super happy about that!

I don't know when I order this. I I think I ordered this one and the top popped off, and so I wasn't sure how to get it back on.And so as a matter of fact, I still have this one that I don't use, and I think I ended up ordering another one either.I ordered another one from amazon or I bought another one from one of the stores.But I still have it till this day and it works perfectly.Great, still have it sitting in my bathroom

I've always bought the flawless brand but as soon as I seen this was rechargeable I had to buy it & I looked at the reviews & sure enough I definitely had to buy & its why I'm making a review too cause if u suffer from peach fuzz facial hair like I do then you won't want to live without this product It's amazing & does the job...it even gets the black little chin hairs too that most people just pluck out but plucking them is so painful.... using this product is painless & if you look real good on my photo youll see the before & after & for the price you can't beat it...it came with 2 extra replacement heads so I got 3 in one 1 so happy I found this...no more buying batteries either...so excited bout that 😆

Does not shave as easily as stated. It takes several passes to get hair removed, which irritates my skin.

This product was the biggest rip off I have bought on Amazon. I had 1 that used batteries and thought this would be better since it has a cord to charge it with. First of all the head does not stay on--pops off constantly when in use. Therefore it does not EVER do a good job. I kept trying it over & over hoping it was something I was doing wrong--trying to hold it in different ways--making sure I screwed the head on tight--never did it work. Just turning it on was a problem--the switch didn't seem to connect whenever I pressed on it. I should have returned it the next day but kept hoping I was doing something wrong and kept trying to use it at different angles, etc. Now I've waited too long and cannot return it.!!!!
