The Product is excellent . Does excactly what it said on the tin. 10/10 customer service. The product did have a minor issue which customer service rectified straight away and they sent me a completely new chainsaw . Highly recommend

Tried it out on a dead tree, cut down successfully, personally found it a little heavy and a bit difficult to see what I was cutting, but it done the job, it perhaps would have been useful if the middle section was detachable rather than reducible by sliding down this would help with the lower branches as it felt just a bit too long when using it at this level. Overall though it did the job it was expected to do, maybe it takes a bit of practise when using it for the first time.

An amazing birthday present for my husband. He can now trim the high branches without having to use the steps. Works well and makes the job much easier.

I bought the chainsaw because it appeared good value for money. Initially I found the chainsaw was great and I had no problems with it, it cut through branches with ease and was light enough to use. However, after only a couple of uses the same summer I found it hard/impossible to resecure the cutting chain, even after referring to the instructions. The locking mechanism for the pole also seemed to weaken meaning that the pole would shorten an inch or two by itself whilst I was using it. Its a pity that the problems started because I really liked the chainsaw for the first couple of months.

Very effective on medium thickness branches. I was cutting low hanging ash branches of two-three inches thick. Remember to tighten the chain as per instructions before/ after use or chain will fly off. I had some trouble pushing the two halves of the shaft together when assembling, but a spot of vaseline cured that. The whole thing is quite heavy. Probably need to make better use of the shoulder strap than I did to balance it. A cap comes with one of the shafts to cover the electrical connection in transit - this is worth keeping and using for storage purposes.

I bought this chainsaw last year and it worked well with no issues at all. Performance was actually quite good. Unfortunately, the chain now has a problem, and when I contacted the supplier, I was told that apart from the battery, no replacement parts are available. For a tool like this, spare parts and after-sales support are extremely important, especially for wearable parts like the chain. If a small issue means the whole machine becomes unusable, then it’s simply a disposable product. I would not recommend buying this product. No matter how well it works initially, if replacement parts are unavailable, it eventually just becomes waste.

I got this to trim a branch from a tree that was catching the telephone wires when it got windy. Easy to assemble and great adjustable height reach. Bit of chainsaw oil ( I actually used vegetable oil) and voila, tree sorted. It's a great bit of kit. I was impressed by how light it was, not to mention how quickly it cut through the offending branch as well as chopping this down to a reasonable size for the recycling. For the price it is excellent. The instructions are easy to follow. Admittedly with my eyesight, I had to enlarge the instructions to be able to read them properly. But instructions are included, which seems to be rare with so many items these days. I would recommend this item.
