Was having some niggles with my left foot in the arch. Fitted these in (both) my walking boots and did a 5 day hike averaging 18 miles a day with a full pack inc camping gear. I took it more slowly than I normally would have but no issues at all and my feet were just as fresh at the end of the day as at the beginning. Also to note, I walked around in regular shoes in the evening (no arch support).

Very comfortable for plantar fasciitis but after a couple of weeks became embarrassingly noisy when walking. Had to Discard it unfortunately.

Been using these since April this year and just bought another set to go into my new pair of Vans. They've been absolutely amazing for doing 20k walks into the city and back while the regular insoles my Vans typically use tend to give me blisters on the heel of my feet after about half that distance. These are absolutely fantastic and have made my current pair of trainers my go-to for just about everything including hikes. They just slide in place and I haven't found them moving around or feeling out of place in the past few months of use They do add a little extra height but they do offer support for the arch of the foot but they have definitely made my shoes last longer. Originally I bought a set because the insoles in my Puma's were falling apart and I didn't want to part with them but they gave them new life and lasted an extra 2 months which these insoles and now I can't have a pair of trainers without them These have been super comfy and seem to support the ridge of the foot and the heel very nicely and they've lasted in my current set of trainers since April. They're probably still absolutely fine to use in my new pair of trainers after all these months of wear which is quite impressive considering I do at least an hour per day of walking between my house and work every day
