Good Value Versatile Boots
Somewhere right between full blown pac boots and uninsulated Wellington type rubber boots. Light and nonbulky, feel a little closer to the Wellingtons. I take a 10.5EE in leather, I went down to the 10 and couldn't be more pleased. The length is perfect and I got the slightly greater width that I need. The fit is a bit loose, and possibly a person could step out of a boot if they stepped into deep thick muck. I have added medium weight wool felt insoles and now have extra comfort and bottom insulation and a perfect snug custom fit with my usual medium wool socks! Some will need heavyweight socks or double socks to feel that the boots are secure. The calves are just right slim for normal BMI people, they don't flap against each other or gather water spray, snow, and debris. Obese people will need to put their hooves into a different boot with a bigger flare. These are not much thicker than ordinary cheap Wellingtons. About half as thick as my Baffin Titans. The Titans are massive(and heavier) and I will use these a lot more. The Titans are only for below zero and I must be stationary. The alternative Hunter model has several variations including steel toe and steel plate(you do NOT want a boot without the plate!), though they are hard to find. This boot with Baffin's most chemical resistant material and steel toe/plate, plus moderate insulation, is one of the most useful and reasonably priced boots in Baffin's bewilderingly large catalog. Made just up the road by hardworking and friendly Canadians. Not China, where (sch)Muck boots are made. I highly recommend the Baffin Refinery boot.

very good quality
Very good quality but they come very large. I would get these at least 1.5-2 sizes smaller than what size you normally wear.

No,No, No
This was my second pair to wear. The first was when I was in the northeast with a cushy office job where I occasionally had to go out into the field. With very light use, they did keep my feet warm in the bitter snow and cold. But after moving back south, and after me having to go back into the field for my work, these boots wore out quickly. They ARE NOT oil resistant or skid resistant, finding them to be very slick and dangerous. I was often slide when walking on oily grating, something that should not happen. Then, the rubber started cracking, another bad thing since I often have to walk in areas covered with 4 to 6 inches of water. Well, I bought a second pair and guess what. They gave out and started cracking after less than 3 weeks of work wear. And this was in addition to the aforementioned slipperiness when walking on oily grating or even muddy areas, and being very uncomfortable to wear. WON'T BUY AGAIN. NO WAY.

Order a size smaller or get a sole liner with your normal size
Perfect winter work boots. Always end the day with dry feet and warm. They run a touch large and should consider that when ordering. I wear a 12 in redwings, Chippewas and keen. I would have been better off with a size 11 in these instead of the 12 I ordered. To compensate I added a thick felt Liner and it solved the problem and also helped with the sole being hard
