Great Phyto
I have split this phyto 7-8 times on a 10-14 day cycle. Its still going strong and results in a dense product each time! It stores well in the fridge (don't cool the split you plan to grow!).

After a week, the culture was even darker green
Excellent live culture! It arrived healthy and dark green, which was a great sign. I used it to start my own phytoplankton culture with f/2 fertilizer and proper lighting, and it has been growing very well. The culture stayed stable and multiplied quickly with aeration. I’m using it to feed Amano shrimp larvae, and it’s been working great so far. If you’re looking for a good starter culture, I would definitely recommend this product. I’ll be buying it again when I need a fresh backup culture.

Excellent product!
I’m super happy with this product. I started it in 3 - 1/2 gallon containers and was able to split it in less than 2 weeks. I’ve split it 4 times now and have set up a couple of tanks so I can raise tigger and apocyclops pods. I will have enough phyto to feed them, feed my 365g aquarium and some leftover for friends.

Very happy with the product.
Honest review time. This product is abit more expansive then what’s out there . But again you really get what you paid for, I order the same phytoplankton from algae barn and Mercer of Montana, and right off the bat. Mercer’s phytoplankton got great dark green color, and all the kit and in depth direction and descriptions on how to grow or keep phytoplankton. I would really recommend anyone want to grow some of Phyto, this is the best starter kit to go with. Very happy with the product

I've started my cultures and so far it's all working great, just follow the directions and you should be good. Quality products and the fertilizer goes a long way.

Prefect for reef tank
I was able to grow more of this on my own with an air pump, light, and a small 2 gallon tank. Shipping was quick and item arrived alive.
