This kept my wife warm in the hospital. It didn’t have any weird odor coming out the box it was sealed and unused has plenty of durability as it hasn’t teared or frayed fabric yet either. Great value for money as it’s designed like a big robe but also works as a wonderful blanket extremely comfortable and soft .
