Nutrition: An Applied Approach 5th Edition

I ordered this product because I took the course at a university. I thought the information was presented well and wanted my own copy. It is a loose leaf style book and I can take out the pages that I want to concentrate on. The price was better than most book stores.

This book was really good and had so much information. I wish I bought it so I could have kept it rather than just renting it.

this book is thick but has real life accounts and loads of good information to follow! i was able to rent this book for my summer online class for around $26!
