Contains 2% or less of: Croscarmellose Sodium, Magnesium Stearate, Stearic Acid, Silicon Dioxide, Polyvinyl Alcohol, Titanium Dioxide, Polyethylene Glycol, Magnesium Silicate, Mica, Polysorbate 80.

**Q: Is this ok for a teenager (15 yo)?**
A: I do not see a reason why it would not be ok for a teenager, but you should probably ask a Doctor or a pharmacist.

**Q: Is this collagen taken from chicken sternums?**
A: Yes. It is made with UC-II, which contains a patented form of undenatured (i.e., not hydrolyzed or processed by high heat or chemicals) type II collagen (collagen type 2) derived from chicken sternum cartilage, along with inactive ingredients. Note the patent mark on the label.
