would a 10.5 running shoe size be medium or large for these socks?

I am mens 9.5 Brooks GTS and have these socks in Medium but others same sock but different colors I have in Large. Large is better because washing may shrink a little. Wash in cold water and low heat or air dry. Size 10.5 for you - Large or XL is my recommendation.
