Osteoporosis reversed.
I’m a little less trusting when most of the reviews are Vine for free products, but I just got my osteoporosis results and it’s significantly reversed compared to my last scan. To my knowledge osteoporosis can’t be reversed, we supposed to be happy if our bone mass doesn’t decline at a faster rate. So it’s either the dexa scan machine broken or it’s a miracle, or this supplement helped me tremendously.

Very potent for me, works best with careful dosing
For me, this is very potent. I’m sensitive to supplements that affect the nervous system, and I definitely notice an effect with this one. When I take it, I experience deeper sleep and better clarity during the day. However, I have to pace my doses — I take it two or three times a week in the morning. If I take too much or too often, it makes me feel groggy and overly sleepy in the afternoon. As long as I space it out, it works well for me, but this is one to use thoughtfully.

No other ingredients or fillers. Happy with purchases. If you do not know the vital importance of K2 , especially if you take calcium supplements..BEST READ one of the many books on K2 !
