Great set of benders great for instrumentation work

Got stuck with having to buy this for a one off project for our cars EGR pipe that is no longer made and there is none on the after market either. So $100.00 in materials and this and I was in business! It is stainless steel and the rollers make bending an ease. Accurate gauge on the side makes hitting an angle a breeze once you work out the spring back of the tubing. There was little flattening of the tubing I was using which was .500" with a .028" wall thickness and soft temper. Really impressed with the nice and easy bends produced. Like all really good tools, this one cost but it is very well built and I suspect that it will outlive the average tradesman if taken care of. The pain of the cost will fade away after the first time you use this. Also, I have a .375" and a .250" model as well so I am all in on these.

I'm very happy with this tubing bender. I bought it to bend 1/2 inch o.d. steel tubing with .065 and .090 inch mild steel walls. They work great for that purpose. The quality is good, which is what I would expect from Rigid branded tools.

Make sure to check all the screws and it will last. Simple to use and the material is easy to clean

I love these benders. I have them in 1/4, 3/8, and 1/2 inch sizes and use them for all kinds of tubing. Perfect for stainless. No distortion in the bends and the best design. Well known manufacturer that stands behind their products. Those rollers make all the difference. The offset in the handles makes life easier, and the two position movable handle is a life-saver to complete a 180° bend. Best you can buy for the dollars spent.

This thing works awesome. I bent 1/2" OD x .065 Wall stainless tubing for hydraulic line and the bends are beautiful. It hardly marks the tubing at all. The only negative I can come up with is that the marks for bending a certain distance away from another feature don't seem to be the most accurate, but that's easily compensated for by adjusting the distance you hang the tube out. This is truly a professional quality tool.

Although bulky and heavy, it worked like a charm for the 6 mm tube 1 mm thick I had to bend.... Smooth and effortless. 10 out 10.

Expensive but worth it. I had purchased a cheaper bender for my 16 gauge stainless tube and I snapped one of the arms. This bender bent it with ease.

A ver, a lo largo del tiempo he comprado el de 5/8, 1/2 y el 1/4 de pulgada. Cada uno para una medida, garantía de por vida. Como dice otro el 404 solo vale para 1/4", pero claro, pensar que un doblatubos vale para ambas medidas 1/4 y 5/8, por mucho que amazon diga, es de iluso. Cuando un doblatubos vale para ambas medidas, se ve o trae accesorios y es diferente a la forma de este.
