Love these. Been drinking them for months. I drink one every day some days I add lemon to the packet in my water that makes it really good.

The first one I tried made me feel very lousy. It is hard to describe the feeling. I was very anxious, nervous and agitated. I don't know if the ingredients in the product interacted with something I ate or if it was because I drank the whole 16oz bottle mixture in one short time span. After that I drink the product more slowly and have not had problems. The other two electrolyte products I've tried have had better results. I tried this one because it is much lower in sodium than one of the other two that I tried

Taste good! I noticed I grave for salt less during the day! It also helps regulate fluid balance in the body which is what I needed. My favorite is the grape flavor

3 packets of the Raspberry&Lemon had puncture holes causing the powder to leak all over inside the main bag they came in, for the price I am really disappointed and had to throw them out due to safety concerns. This problem needs to be addressed, as I have read other reviews about similar issues.

I like the fact that it's made from natural ingredients and the single serving packs. The stevia taste seems to be stronger in some and so much in others. And I don't care to much for that.
