Great Design!
I’ve reached that special phase of life where you need to travel with medical stuff and it’s too heavy to carry. If I have a checked bag, this is the carry on I use for my equipment. It’s small, light, good wheels, and hold a small personal carry on like a backpack on top.

Built Like a Tank, Rides Like a Shopping Cart
(NOTE: I purchased this bag directly from B&R) RECOMMEND: Maybe PROs: • More spacious than a standard CPAP bag • High-quality materials and construction • Compact footprint—still fits under most seats CONs: • Difficult to zip closed when fully packed • Interlocking handle system feels unstable when in motion • Price doesn’t quite justify the performance OVERVIEW: This is my second Briggs & Riley bag—my first being the 21” Global 2-Wheel Carry-On, which I love. I bought this Baseline 2-Wheel Cabin Bag to replace my AirSense 11 CPAP bag and add a little more packing space. Mission accomplished—it is more spacious. However, when packed (not even overfilled), the top zipper is surprisingly tough to close, which is frustrating for a premium bag. My bigger issue is the interlocking handle system. It’s designed to work with the larger carry-on (like my 21” Baseline), but in practice, it’s not very stable. Take a corner too fast or jostle it, and the cabin bag shifts just enough to get wedged and hard to remove. Not ideal in the fast-paced world of travel. I travel often—as a pilot—and this bag falls a little short of what I’d expect at the $459 price point. It’s well made, but not flawlessly functional.

A better alternative to a rolling business brief
In general, rolling business bags have so many dividers amd compartments that they can't do double duty as a useful piece of luggage. Enter THIS bag! My 14" wide laptop fits perfectly in the rear of the main compartment of this bag, while still leaving a huge chasm of uninterrupted packing space. I like that it looks like a rolling briefcase but can be much more flexible to use in other ways for leisure travel. I don't need a crap ton of pockets in my work bag. Mostly it's just my laptop and wallet/keys and power cables. I don't need the endless dividers and compartments that are standard in a business bag. So now I can use it for work each day, then load it up with closures, shoes, toiletries, cpap, or whatever else I might want to pack on a trip in excess of what would go in my main carryon or checked bag. I don't know if it will fit under a seat. Other reviewers said no. I'm sure it fits under the seat on some aircraft, and not others. That's not that critical to me as I can just store it in the overhead. I'd have given it 5 stars but not for the uncertainty about under seat fit. I did consider the spinner version, but it's a larger size with less internal utility due to the space lost to spinner wheels. My laptop did not fit in that narrower bag unless the turned it sideways "portrait" style.

Great bag - as long as you don't expect it to fit under the seat on a plane
I would love this bag except that I expected it to fit under the seat in front of me on a plane. It doesn't - not even in first class. Because I used it (once!) I couldn't return it. So it isn't really a cabin bag, but an overnighter...

It definitely fits under the seat
This bag fits perfectly under most air cabin seats. I purchased it for a recent overseas trip and it fit under every seat (I took 8 flights), but one (that one seat was on a small puddle-jumper and I was seated in an odd seat with a protruding bracket under the seat ahead of mine). It fit easily under economy, basic economy, and business-class seats. I wanted an underseat cabin bag because I am very short (5'0") and it isn't always feasible or easy to ask someone to help me get my bag into the overhead cabinets. This bag is sturdy and lightweight and can be easily maneuvered around the airplane aisles and up the narrow stairs to the second-floor deck. That said, it is tiny and not expandable. I wish I had gotten the larger underseat bag (as the salesperson suggested), but I wasn't confident that the larger underseat bag would fit easily under the seats. Oh well, that is entirely my fault. It is also weighted excellently—I had to strap another carry-on bag to its handles and it didn't tip over (unlike my non Briggs&Riley checked bag which weighed 50 pounds, but tipped over when I put my purse on it-ugh). I ended up having to check my bag for the last half of my trip (I ran out of space in my checked-bag) and the bag survived the baggage handlers just beautifully!

Excellent trolley
c'est juste le meilleur trolley que j'ai eu de toute ma vie (et j'en ai eu plusieurs). le système de poignée placée à l'extérieur, c'est "game changer". la qualité est top.
