I purchased the sim. tried to activate before i fly out to england. i couldn't activate. tech support is useless. how did you guys activate in us?

You can’t activate it in the states as it needs to be activated in Europe. I always put it the phone on the plane then turn on the phone when I get there. No probs thus far
