I'm very happy with this chair and with the company's customer service. My husband and I assembled this chair in one afternoon (he said I did most of the work). The parts can be heavy to maneuver but we're both older and not bodybuilders and were able to handle it. Just take it slow. Oh, and watch the video. The video was very helpful. There were a couple of minor problems with the shipment. On one arm side, the manufacturer had neglected to cut holes in the fabric for the screws. After a short discussion, we determined the screw holes were there in the wood and just cut the fabric ourselves. But be aware this may happen. The other problem was that the adapter for the USB charger was broken. I contacted customer service and they sent out the part immediately. Great service as others have noted. Comfort: The chair is firm, but I like that, and I do feel that it seems less firm after it's had time to breath. The pillow is soft and I admit I've taken a couple of naps on it already and find it very comfortable. But if you like super soft cushions, you'll need to get something to put on the chair. The quality of the chair exceeds my expectation. I love the gray linen fabric and it's cleverly constructed so you can pull out the bed. You can even pull it out part way and use as low footstool. The cup holder, storage compartments, and charger have already come in handy. The back of the chair is a little stiff to re-position but that may get better with time. Highly recommend this chair.

Nice couch for price. It was not too difficult to assemble even for a single person without help, came well packaged in two separate boxes. Once set up, looks cool, easy to change into a sleeper by just pulling on the bottom. One issue is that the couch's back position especially the middle position between flat and upright is a little difficult to get just right and needs a couple of tries before it locks properly. Another issue is the wheel lock that prevents the extension from moving out freely is not doing that job on mine and I can pull out the extension and separate it from the chair when ideally it should lock and not be able to be pulled out beyond a certain point. Also will need some additional padding to comfortably use as a sleeper. I bought a rollaway camp bed mattress which fits it quite well since I plan to use it to take short naps in my home office. Overall for the price though I feel it is good value for money and seems sturdy enough.

Easily assembled with a 5mm Allen bit, nut driver and drill. Note that the chaise cart stops are incorrectly positioned: Step 1, L2 Blocking Sheet goes on Part C and L1 on Part D. I got tickled at the washers in the parts list being named “Mental Washers.” The chair looks good but is very hard. Good value and delivery was only one week, including a weekend.

I like the looks & features, but it’s too firm to sit in for any length of time. I ordered egg crate topper to make it comfortable for sleeping on.

Great sleeper chair for the price. Comfortable and easy to pull out sleeper portion and just as easy to replace. Any negatives I’ve experienced are too minor to mention. Overall, a good solid sleeper chair and the price is very reasonable.

The chair looks nice and operates fine, but the biggest drawback it’s hard as a rock sitting and even opened as a bed. I even purchased 2 different pads to sleep on and used a foam bed pillow to sit on, and still no give to it to get comfortable in. I contacted the company to send back and they refused, and 1st offered me $25 then $35, I said that won’t help the comfort, then suggested I sell it , I wouldn’t sell a uncomfortable chair like that. With added pads, $100 for assembly and the chair $439.49, I’m out around $690! So I purchased a twin bed through Amazon , so now the chair won’t be used for the main purchase purpose , (for my company to sleep on). It’s a small bedroom and I thought a fold out chair would be the answer. I gave 1star for looks alone!

Relatively simple assembly. Much easier to use a video guide putting it together. My wife and I didn't kill each other so, that's a plus. I see the negative reviews about comfort but, it's a single bed/chair. Excellent value for the money. Size is also perfect for my office easily converting to a sleeping area. The cushions are stiff and I'm fine with that. Easy recline and adjustments. Absolutely worth the money if you're looking for a fix to turn an office into a bedroom at night. I really like the cup holder, side pouches and USB connections. Storage compartment underneath the chair is a big bonus too. Money well spent!

Comfy yet the 3 pieces kept rolling apart. When you pull the bottom out, so you can extend it rolls away from the chair itself. So then it doesn't make it comfortable. It needs to lock, so you're laying on one extended piece instead of two pieces separating

Great chair. Reasonably easy to put together if you follow the instructions carefully - took me about an hour or so on my own. Cushions are very firm but I'm hoping that will give them longevity. Fabric also looks hard wearing but I haven't had need to clean it yet. I haven't tried sleeping overnight on it but I think some kind of topper might help. Very easy to extend with a useful bit of storage. I like the way the back has a couple of angles for reclining. Cup holder is really handy for remotes etc.. I like having the width as well. The frame seems pretty solid so if it lasts as I hope and the cushions stay firm - it will be good value for money. Note: it arrives as two packages and both quite heavy and awkward to carry. Luckily mine arrived at the same time.

The chair - bed is better than I expected, it took me nearly two hours to put it together because some of the instructions weren't easy to follow and the front panel holes for the screws were out of position. At the end I had to position it with only two screws instead of four because the other two (one on each side) were 5mm out and not directly on the pre-drilled holes. At the moment is not a problem, but in case a problem should occur, I'm sure I can fix it. Overall a very nice, strong and comfortable chair.

Bought this for the nights I can’t sleep, have heartburn or just want to sleep alone during my pregnancy. Very comfortable, was easy to put together, wide enough to sleep with my pregnancy pillow or nap on with my toddler when he wants to snuggle for his nap time.

Sehr schick und stylisch. Schnelle Lieferung und super leicht im Aufbau. Der Sessel lässt sich sehr leicht ausziehen und ganz schnell in eine bequeme Position umwandeln. Vielen Dank und jederzeit wieder.

Ich bin doch überrascht. Bei all den Rezessionen war ich mir nicht sicher, ob das so gut klappt. Aber das hat es. Der Sessel kam in 2 Paketen, dank DHL App war die Nachverfolgung kein Problem. Das 2. Paket mit dem Unterteil kam mehrere Tage verzögert, aber das lag an DHL. Ich habe den Sessel alleine aufgebaut. Die Anleitung ist zwar auf Englisch, aber die Bilder zeigen sehr gut wie der Aufbau funktioniert, alle Schrauben waren sehr gut gekennzeichnet. Man konnte sich hier nicht vertun, das war vorbildlich. Alleine habe ich knapp 1h für den Aufbau gebraucht. Die Qualität scheint solide zu sein. Alle Schrauben passten sehr gut und die Verschraubung wirkt qualitativ gut. Der Sessel riecht auch nicht total unangenehm oder so. Auch hier alles ok. Einzig der Stecker für die USB Buchse bzw. Der Stecker für die Steckdose ist unbrauchbar, weil es kein Euro Stecker ist. Aber den wollten wir eh nicht nutzen. Jetzt wird er getestet und ich hoffe, der erste gute Eindruck bleibt.
