All ok with this supplement. I have used it for many years.

We've ordered the smaller bottle from iHerb previously. The capsules were not entirely stuck together. The capsules in these two 300 capsule bottles are ENTIRELY stuck together. I've tried to pry capsules off, but they're stuck fast. How to eat this? Is the active ingredient still effective if the bottles have been kept in such lousy conditions that it arrives in an indistinguishable clump of capsules?

Saving money, easy to digest. Put me in a good mood and give me energy.

Good product been used for a long time

I started taking this vitamin D3 because I’m deficient, and it’s been a good supplement so far. I haven’t had any stomach issues or discomfort while taking it, which I always appreciate with vitamins. I usually take it with fish oil since vitamin D is supposed to be taken with fats for better absorption, and that’s worked well for me. The capsules are easy to take and the product seems good quality overall. The only small thing I noticed is that the bottle seems a bit large compared to the amount of capsules inside, so it looks a little emptier than expected. Not a big deal, just something I noticed.
