The shoes its self looks exactly like the photo in person. They have no internal support or comfort insole. You can very easily put in any insole that fits generic shoes or and custom insoles will be easy to insert. Their size guide has been very accurate. The measurements seem to be for the inside of shoe so you want to make them just slightly wider margins than your foot. Which helps a lot. However adding an insole takes away from that measurement that is for your foot to exist within the shoe. So make sure to account for insoles you want to use when picking your Size. If you are a flat foot and don't like inserts then just follow the size guide exactly they wont have than annoying half measure for you. Also first day I wore them they already had start of the toe flex crease but we will see how that turns out. Update: Creases are still there but mend better than other dress shoes. I got different insoles that fit better with my feet and now they are very comfortable. The Seller really wants you to have a good experience they reached out to me out of concern. I would buy From them again.

These shoes breathe extremely well. They are incredibly soft and are easy to put on and take off even with the laces tied because they’re stretchy. I’ve only had them a couple of weeks, but I love them already. I did take them out in the rain and got a little tiny bit of wetness on my feet because of deep puddles, but they dried out pretty quickly, which would not have been the case in most shoes. And satisfied I got what I paid for and then some. PS they look great on.

On the plus side, I received a compliment on appearance of these shoes. But they are very stiff and too small. My heel to toe is 10.9 inches, or US size 10.5. I ordered size 11, partly because I already had another pair of Bruno Marc (brown shoe in photo) and they were a bit long. The size 11 was impossible to wear, a lot of pain on my toes. So I ordered size 12. They are barely larger than the 11s, and shorter and more narrow than the size 12 (brown in photo). Shown in photos L-R grey size 11, size 12, brown size 12.

I had never heard of this brand prior to going shopping on Amazon, but it seems to have a strong presence on the site. If Amazon made this company's growth possible, then thanks, Amazon! What I like about this and the other two pairs of Bruno Marc shoes I purchased at the same time is that they fit well, are extremely comfortable, look really sharp and appear well made (it's too early for me to say how they will stand the test of time, but I tend to be hard on my shoes, so I won't be upset if I need to replace or resole them after about a year). Whatever the "Latex Comfort Technology" advertised on the boxes and in the shoes themselves is, it seems to perform as advertised. Add to these their very attractive price and I think you have outstanding value for your money.

***UPDATED*** So, these shoes are surprisingly comfortable once they break in, and they get a compliment EVERY SINGLE TIME I wear them. The first day with these things on IS a little on the brutal side, but after that, you can actually forget they are even on, they break in so nicely. I still don't exactly have HIGH hopes about the durability of these things, but they have grown on me enough that I have a pair in every color now.....I guess you DO get a second chance to make a first impression. So, I'm nearing the end of my first full day with these shoes, and I gotta say; I don't know what all the hype is about. Granted, it's only been a day, but I'm pretty underwhelmed with these things, and am kinda gobsmacked at the amount of glowing reviews. FIRST off, just upon pulling these things out of the box, I noticed that they are STIFF. Like, are they entirely made of plastic? They are SUPER RIGID. This is why so many of the reviews mention "creases." Of course they are creasing, they are like cardboard. This has led to the second problem, and another contradiction to what I was reading in the reviews. The toe box is NOT "wide," as many reviews stated. The toe box is in fact narrow (look at the damn pictures!) and because the shoe is so rigid, it has been KILLING my toe today. I'm positive that I will have some form of callous or blister on the top of my middle toe. I know that this shoe was cheap, but I was REALLY, REALLY expecting something a LOT softer. This isn't a casual business shoe so much as it's a dress shoe that LOOKS like a casual business shoe. The shoe is not a soft fabric shaped like a dress shoe; thus giving a casual feel with that dressy look, it is a thin veneer of fabric, stretched over a hard shell of a dress shoe. The only saving grace is that they DO, LOOK nice. They LOOK like they would be casual and comfortable, but they are not. I was wearing the Ralph Lauren Vaughn style shoe, almost exclusively, and those are light years ahead of these for about twice the cost. Even the Calvin Klein Kadon/Kellen style is more comfortable than these. I had planned on getting these in multiple colors, but it's back to the drawing board, as I'm pretty unimpressed with these.

Wasn't expecting a great deal from these shoes but they are smart looking (on the casual side) and very comfortable to wear. I've been able to wear them on nights out and also at other times all day at work. True to size (11 UK for me) and comfortable to wear from day 1.
