Very pleased

I have to say I’m quite disappointed with this. Now just to clarify, the case itself, nice, sleek no issues with that, it came with the case as mentioned, the back camera protector for iPhone 12 and 12 pro as well as 2 screen protectors - MagSafe sticker was missing. I contacted the customer services from the sellers website and was immediately responded to with an apology and than another case is due to come in 3-5 days which I was really thankful for, I have received the same case just now and once again the MagSafe sticker is missing… how hard is it to check beforehand if the full bundle is in the package? Twice to get something wrong for such “big company” with good star reviews very hard to believe yet somehow came true. Not trying to be a Karen over here but I was SO excited for the full bundle. I have a MagSafe wallet which is one of the reasons why I went for this case and looking at the good reviews I didn’t think twice which I should have… really really disappointing.

This case is good quality, and I love the separate cover for the camera lenses. There is a separate circular sticker and a guide so you put it in the right place. This does not work on my wireless charger and I have to remove it from the case to charge it which is slightly annoying.

The product seems fine but came with no instructions. Have suggested to the supplier that they provide a link to the video, which I only found as a result of a review. The video is very good, once found, but, again, there are several to choose from and my phone wasn’t clearly mentioned.I’ve had a similar product for another phone, so I had some idea how to proceed but it shouldn’t be assumed that people will guess how to do it.

The case alone is amazing. But the magsafe magnet that comes with the case is applied onto the outside of the case so it gathers dirt and scratches.The glue that holds the magnet onto the case melts when charging the phone on a magsafe charger. This isnt an issue if your charger is flat on your desk but if you have an upright charger the glue will melt and the magnet will unstick itself from the case and the phone will fall off and stop charging.Case is good would have been nice if the magnet was appliable on the inside or included in the actual case itself.

Easy to attach screen protector and the lens protector. Excellent product

This is a great product and excellent value. The screen protector went on as easy as the video demonstration. would highly recommend.
