Great energy bar
Great energy bars for a marathon, the caffeine really made a difference when I was feeling tired

Easy to carry and no sticky gel issues.
Used for the London marathon alternating between an energy chew and then a gel. Easy to chew, melt in the mouth great flavour. No issues at all plus easy to carry.

The caffeine gives a welcome kick to stay alert and to keep you going
I entreated a 24hour ultra and was worried about staying awake and alert during the early hours so I decided to try these as they have caffeine. I guess adrenaline is always a factor but I must say that I didn’t get tired during the morning hours and was able to get through to the finish without needing to stop and have a nap. I used one gel per 15min during the dark hours and seemed to be enough.

Great energy pick me up
Really good to take on a run or longer hike. Not great value for money in my opinion but they do taste pleasant unlike some alternatives.

Love these!
I don't get on with gels, I am so glad I found these. These got me through my half marathon and the training. Felt a nice boost after having 2 or free, about 45/1 hour into my run. The taste is nice too! They are a little harder to eat while running that a gel I guess but wasn't really an issue for me. My step son took them hiking too, and found they really helped his energy levels.

Great Tasting and Effective!
Great tasting, nice texture and effective. Took a couple shortly before a run, wasn't initially convinced they worked then about 20 minutes into my run I got a big surge of energy and blasted up a hill! Will definitely be buying again and using for races.

Very misleading , thought was 3 boxes of the Clif Bloks. Not just 3 packs So expensive
