Bad business
Received my Lews super duty reel today and the first thing was the box was beat up. After opening the box I noticed that there was no paper work or oil the has been in every Lews reel I’ve ever bought. After looking closer I noticed that there was grass in the reel and the thumb bar didn’t work and the flipping switch was totally broken. They obviously tried to take a returned reel and sell to me for $200. If you buy beware.
