does it have a wide band that does not bind? and are they for women size 9-10 sock size?

I wouldn’t say the band binds. I had bought them for my son and he wore them a few times. We are about the same shoe size. He never said there was an issue with them and would wear them pulled up.

Yes they are a tad bit stretchy, depends on how big your calf/foot size is but these socks fit up to a size 13 US mens

Is this a 3-pack, the description states “funny socks deez nuts 3-pack meme socks squirrel lovers” but only received 1 pair of socks?

We're very sorry about this, we've brought it to Amazon's attention and they are working on fixing the title. Unfortunately, we are completely out of the 3-pack and the one you purchased is of the single pair. The single pair cost 13.95 while the 3 pack costs $40. If you would like a refund please reach out to amazon's customer service team and they'll be able to assist you ASAP. Thank you for shopping with us and happy holidays!
