Leukotape P Sports Tape, 1 1/2 Inch x 15 Yard(Pack of 5)

Best tape I’ve found to alleviate hot spots where blisters are beginning to form. It sticks and stays, even in hiking boots. Even when wet. Better than all other “blister” tapes on the market.

I am an avid 60 year old runner who averages about 30-40 miles per week. My physical therapist recommended that I use this tape to help with some chronic foot pain and it has helped quite a bit. Please note that she taught me how to correctly tape my feet- this is important because this tape is strong and if not used properly it could cause injury. Some hints to those of you with sensitive or fragile skin: I use Next Care Bandages (these are very thin) on my feet in the areas that are fragile, then I apply the tape over the bandages. This has greatly helped when I remove the tape because I am not tearing my skin off. Game changer!

I had to go to PT a few years post knee replacement due to pain and some instability in the joint. The PT showed me how to use this tape and it is amazing. There are negative reviews saying the tape was hard to remove. Whatever you do, dont apply it directly to your skin, it is difficult, and painful to remove. Look up "2 Rolls Non-Woven Cover Roll Stretch Tape Non-Woven Adhesive Bandages Breathable Bandage Tape Cohesive Wrap Bandages Protective Stretch Bandage Roll Film (4 Inch x 10.94 Yard)". Use this tape directly on your skin over the area where you are applying the Leukotape. Follow the instructions about applying the Leukotape from you MD or PT. I dont use it every day but when I do my knee feels stable and brand new.

Live this stuff. I've dealt with blisters my whole life, regardless of shoes, socks, condition, etc. This stuff is a godsend for running and high mileage hiking.

The best rigid tape i know for sports an physiotherapy taping. The adhessive is very strong and doesnt fall off like other tapes out there. Plus, for another use, a friend of mine with diabetes asked to try this tape for his insulin pump that has to stay glued to his body. Until that point he went into a couple of hypo fits because the other tapes werent strong enough to keep the pump secure. Hes been using leukotape p for a year now and he says its excellant and had no problems with securing the pump. No hypo fits! Yayyy

I find that this tape works great to give me extra shoulder support during activities. It tears easily and is easy to use. It’s a little cheaper than Endura, and it’s a little less tacky, which is actually better because it comes off the roll easier and can be removed after activity.

I've been dealing with plantar fasciitis for almost 4 years. It's finally gotten much better. I can walk over 3 miles at a stretch without pain. Taping my foot with Leukotape made the difference. I also went from barefoot in doors to wearing "house" Birkenstocks and adding high arch supports into my sneakers. So why 4 rather than 5 stars? When I started taping (long piece around the sole, short pieces along the arch, another long piece for reinforcement), I immediately noticed a big difference. But, I hated dealing with the sticky residue from the tape. It gunked up my sandals and glued my foot to my sandals. When I wore socks, my socks would stick. The gunk looked ugly too. And, the Leukotape would start peeling off in a day or two. One day, when the Leukotape price jumped up, I bought some kinesiology tape thinking to replace it. Well, that didn't work. It's too stretchy, wasn't supportive enough and it caused a rash where it was in contact with the top of my foot. However, I came up with the idea of putting kinesiology tape on top of the Leukotape. Perfection!! The whole thing is much more supportive and no more sticky gunk!!! It stays on my foot until I take it off. My foot now slides smoothly into shoes and socks without sticking.

Excellent for taping : durable yet flexible - a good alternative to kinesio and basic athletic tape - can use for a couple days , even after showering .

I use this P tape to tape the arch of my left and the back of my ankle because of arch and tendon problems due to sports injuries in my youth, and it does the job! It keeps my arch from over extending, therefore much less pain especially when walking a lot. It stays on for 3-5 days easily even after shower. It’s so well adhesive, that often I take it off before it even starts to peel off. Great product!
