I LOVE these Aqua products! So easy to fill to the weight you choose by simply filling water to different levels. Then u pump in some air to fill it up the rest of the way + make it firm. That's it. Perfect for travel. You just dump out the water + squash it flat to pack. I bought this when I had to go take care of a relative for a month + had no gym around I could use. At home, I use it out on my patio. Very sturdy + well-made with thick non-leaking materials. Fantastic product. Really innovative. Will last for years with no issues. I've been using mine for over a year + it's effective for weight-bearing movements. You can get creative with your movement while holding this in any way that works for u. You'll be activating + working all sorts of muscles with each movement, lift, squat or whatever u do!

I bought this (and the Tidal Tank) on March 22nd and filled it a few days later. I followed the directions by adding some vinegar (I added more than a splash). I bought this for my son, who was rehabbing his core. His PT has one and he used it for a few exercises and I thought it would be nice to have at home too. I was a little disappointed with the app, I had hoped it would have more exercise ideas. I almost returned it right before the return window closed but my son said he liked it and I should keep it. On May 13th, I noticed a huge buildup of mold on the inside of the tank. The directions say to change the water bimonthly, which I took to mean every two months. It has not been two months yet so I didn’t realize I should change the water so soon. I emailed the company to ask how to get rid of the mold or if that is even possible and they were quick to write back. They made some suggestions on how to clean it and then said the water should be changed every two weeks. If you Google it, “bimonthly” can mean either twice a month or once every two months so I wish the directions had been more clear.Vinegar and baking soda did little to attack the mold but then I put in a full bottle of bleach. I left it in my bathtub and walked away for a couple of hours and it completely took care of all of the mold. I will continue to use it but be sure to change the water a lot more often.Bottom line: it seems to be well built and the company is quick to respond. More high maintenance than most exercise equipment and I would love more exercise examples but it is unique in how it works accessory muscles.
