I love this hand massager and use it twice a day, every day. I am still not sure which icons represent the heat or compression strength functions, though! I'm sure I'll figure it out. The instructions don't help, nor have any of the reviews. I'd like heat with it. But the massage itself is amazing. I had trigger finger surgery on my left hand and injections for trigger fingers on my right hand. I believe this massager is helping to keep the trigger finger symptoms from coming back on my right hand. After surgery on my left hand, I kept thinking, "Thank God this wasn't my right hand!" I'd have been lost trying to function. I think this massager might just be key to preventing a need for surgery on my right hand. My fingers feel great. The compression really stretches the tendons and keeps them functioning. I even showed it to my hand doctor, as massaging my own hands is tedious and strenuous. I suggested he should recommend it to his patients!

For the entry point price, it does exactly what it says it will do. Apply compression to your hands. I am not sure what everyone complaining was expecting? A deep tissue massage? Compression works by increasing blood flow and with it, reducing inflammation. The good feels is literally your blood flowing back into the areas you compressed it out of. It isn't a miracle worker, but it does temporarily alleviate pain from inflammation. Compression is mildly painful. If you are one of those people who has a low pain tolerance this isn't the product for you. It won't hurt you, but a lot like getting your blood pressure taken is uncomfortable... this will be that, to your hands. It has heating and vibration and really, they are after thoughts. Cheap for them to add, not very useful. This is a lightweight hand and finger compressor that you can move from room to room wearing while in use. It doesn't make much noise, and has 5 levels of compression. 5 squeezes quite hard, so just be ready to turn off the power (how you release pressure) if you need to.

I bought this for my 95-year-old mom and she loves it. She's not as sharp as she used to be, so I have to make some small labels up and affix them to the various buttons to help her work it correctly, but that did the job. If you or whoever you're buying this for is still mentally sharp, they won't have a problem. Another small thing is that it doesn't work while being plugged in (recharging), so my mom has to plug it in and take the cord out too often. Doing this caused the charger cord to break prematurely. I do not fault the product for this, but rather her advanced age and serious arthritis which probably had her unplugging it by yanking the cord instead of pulling it out at its base. Final word, it works and I would recommend it, just keep in mind the few items I mentioned above.

I purchased this hand massager the other day, and it has been a great way to relieve tension and soreness after a long day. With multiple intensity levels and heat therapy, it helps improve circulation and ease stiffness in my hands. The compression is excellent, providing a firm yet comfortable massage that helps relieve tightness and fatigue. It also came with a finger roller, this is great for me since my fingers get tired from timing all day. It would also make a great gift for anyone who deals with hand strain or just enjoys a relaxing massage. Definitely worth trying!

I don’t recommend. This unit comes with instructions to not use for prolonged times and when sleeping. There is no automatic shut off. The heat and massage continue until they are manually turned off. Also, I have the most trouble with my little fingers and they hang out of this unit so it does them no good. My main complaint is a safety issue. I am afraid of falling asleep while using this. The unit is heavy and hard for me to hold in my lap. If I lay down to use it I could easily fall asleep. The fact this unit doesn’t turn off after a set period of time worries me. I’m also concerned it the unit were to get covered with a blanket it could overheat and become a fire danger.

I love the unit. Works wonders on arthritic hands. Had it for almost a year when the side of the unit separated leaving a gap. Was able to duct tape it, and it still works. Would have thought it would have lasted longer before falling apart. BUT, I would buy it again.

I purchased this item for a guy. It was an excellent gift! It is large enough to fit a big man's hand, so you don't need to worry about this item being too small. It has great pressure, so you don't need to worry about it being too weak. It is very comfortable and it heats evenly. The product also charges quickly. It charges with a USB-C cord, that is provided, but you need to provide a USB-C adapter (at least a 5v) that the USB cord can plug into. The plug is a standard USB-C, so make sure you grab a USB wall charger if you, or the person you are giving this to, does not have one, but this item can also be plugged into a USB-C port on your laptop. It also comes with this small massager to just use. That's also a great product and welcome little gift! That is the orange item I included a pic of. This product is just great and I'm glad I decided to purchase it. It works well and has a fantastic price point! I would absolutely repurchase this product and I highly recommend it.

Interesting machine with less than average instructions. I thought it didn't work while plugged in and almost returned it but... Plain and simple, you charge the machine, unplug, turn it on, select the pressure, pulse/massage program, and heat within the 3 buttons. Once you've figured that out... you're good to go. I type on my laptop and use my phone alot. With that said, I found the massage rather nice. I don't think you need more than a few minutes per hand to get some relief. The size isn't terribly big, it's bigger than your hands and can work up a bit to your wrist if you place it in that way. Otherwise, your fingers can extend out in front or inside. I will caution not to use this on little ones or the elderly as the pressure can go pretty tight light a pressure cuff but it has helped to offer relief. Now if I can find something very similar for my feet! Great value at under $25 where others sell more than twice that... and much more.

Amazing little machine...Really has helped with pain and swollen fingers, so much so that I purchased another straight away as it was a very reasonable price...Will be gifting it for Christmas as my mum has pain in her hands also...does squeeze hands/fingers quite tight so it won't be for everyone but the machine have a timer so you can't really overdo it. To me it felt bliss and gets the blood circulation back, so really chuffed with this simple little gadget!! Instructions are not that clear as the wording doesn't really tally up with the buttons but its quite simple to fathom out...both purchases came well packaged and sealed also which makes a welcoming change these days and helps when gifting! Would highly recommend!!!

I have small hands and I think the product would be more suitable for someone with larger hands. Even so it does work well and after one use my hand was less painful and a little less swollen. Seems good value for money, I am pleased with it
