I had UTI in June and was put on 2 rounds of antibiotics to fully heal it and consequently my gut health took a beating. I was taking a farrow antibiotic capsule towards the end of my first round and the last round but apparently it was late and the antibiotics did what they were supposed to do.... cured the uni but caused my gut biome to become unbalanced. I started buying this product when it was about $13 a box. I would stop buying it and then I would restart my subscription because of the price hikes. Right now it is around double the price from when I started buying it before covid and I can tell you as long as I take this probiotic powder, I do not get sick. I have given it daily to an elderly friend who's 86 years old and he doesn't get sick either. When he goes on the road to travel and see his family, I make sure he has a box in his suitcase so he does not come back sick. I've used many different types of probiotic powders trying to cheap out, but this is the only one that actually works. It mixes perfectly in water and you do not taste anything. If you didn't know that it was in there, you'd never be able to tell. Only once in 8 years has this failed me and that was when I stopped taking it trying to cheap out and find a lower priced alternative. That's called penny wise and pound foolish; I ended up shelling out almost $100 to go to an urgent care to get a prescription and then it still took me a month trying to get over what I had.

I'm a big believer in probiotics. I believe the right probiotics can protect or restore our gut biome, thus helping us resist disease of any kind. I tried various probiotics before I finally found this brand, which works well for me. (You may experience different results because we all have a different gut biome, so I can only speak for myself.) I once had a vocal instructor who was 90 years old and never ill. He didn't even catch a cold. When I asked him what he used to stay healthy and vital, he told me he was sure it was due to taking a good multivitamin daily as well as a good probiotic. While they don't work overnight (that's really asking too much), I found this brand did help me feel significantly better in less than two weeks. Now, I take these every day in an effort to ward off anything bad before it can take hold and make me feel awful. I think it's great that these probiotics do not need refrigeration as long as it isn't raging hot in the house, and that they come in individual packets. It makes them much easier to take with you if you're going to be traveling. I do keep mine in the refrigerator, though. I find them so necessary to my health and well-being that I don't want to chance ruining the delicate probiotics with heat of any kind. Even the sun shining through a window is bad for them. I also take a prebiotic to prepare my gut for the best absorption of probiotics. If you're looking for a good probiotic, I don't think you can go wrong with Go Live! I love them and will keep taking them as long as the company keeps making them.

I had been having stomach pain for quite some time. It started in my upper abdomen down my left side all the way through my colon. I had been considering calling my Gastro dr. and Setting up an appointment for a colonoscopy. I had been having unusual bowel movements for quite some time. Something had been going on in my gut for quite a long time. I have had three colonoscopies over the last 10 years, never had any polyps only mild diverticulitis. He recommended that I take probiotics and psyllium on a daily basis however I had not taken his advice in several years. I think I should have listened to him. Even in the lower ratings no one ever complained of this product making them sick like some of the other ones I read. And it only makes sense that a freeze dried form would be better than capsule form. This product started working for me in Two days. I took it every day for a week and I could see a definite change in my bowel movements and the quality and now I am taking it every other day and trying to get down psyllium fiber. I have not had any pains in my intestinal track or colon after I started this product. Now I’m afraid not to take it. It has really been good to me. I am also drinking kambucha Tea several times a week which helps boost things along. Mixing the Ginger tea with cranberry juice is delicious. I will be purchasing this product on a regular basis as I feel 100% better. Well it’s been about a month since I started this wonderful product. I couldn’t be happier with the results. My constant misery seems to be gone. Most importantly is not to take it for granted and stay on track.
