I have been buying this brand almost since they came up in the UK. All their products are amazing, and this C8 MCT oil its on top as well. Its organic, its pure and gets me in Ketosis quicker. You can add it in your drinks, food and just drinking it as it is if you are brave enough. Fuel to your brain. Recommended.
