Very cheap and flimsy instructions manual hard to understand for novice left over washers screws etc which leads to confusion takes a lot of figuring out underneath waste bracket hits toilet so can't use had to dispose of bracket to fit over loo I do not think this Chinese junk will last five mins but will see my advice is don't buy if your not used to assembling my thought is item needs to be re engineered will be looking for another shower chair and will take this trash to the rubbish tip pronto.

I bought this chair a year ago, being used by a disabled relative , many to use the toilet snd for shower, I can not fault it. It was easy to assemble, strong enough and safe. It made life a lot easier for the carer

Very lightweight chair for bedroom

My husband has 2nd prog MS, can not use the toilet at home anymore, bought this product to help but you need to go back to the factory! Took me ages to put it together, screws are of a very bad quality, also the bar at the front of the bucket holder is needing to be much nearer to the front of the chair, unless you are lucky enough to have a horse size willy to reach in the bucket!

Instructions have been translated and so it was difficult to follow and ended up having to take it to the tip as we couldn't undo a bolt. Do not recommend.

This is exactly what I needed for my grandfather, who has struggled with mobility issues for years and needed something more compact, yet durable and reliable. It also saves the family member who cares for him a lot of back pain. The design of this chair is quite modern, with a distinctive, contemporary look that sets it apart from others. The materials it's made of are of very good quality, both plastic and aluminium, making it easy to clean. The whole thing is compact and not too heavy. In terms of use, the wheels roll very smoothly; they're easy to manoeuvre, have a safety brake, and a comfortable seat. Its versatility makes it a very good product at a reasonable price. I highly recommend it.

The instructions are a bit difficult to follow and are incorrect. In the list of parts the M (screw A) and G (screw B) labels are switched around, the G bolts are the longer ones. There are 10 x M and 4 x G. (also had a spare of each) In part 5 you use two of the M bolts not one as indicated. Took me a while to work it all out :) Overall the chair is a good design and quite sturdy. Would recommend.
