Squid Grip Trainer Set - Bungee Ninja Warrior Grabs, great for Rock Climbing, Crossfit and Grappling (black)

To say that doing pull ups on these things is awesome...would be an understatement !!! First of all, they are thin and not easy to grip and secondly, they add a bounce to the movement which makes holding on to them that much harder. I also found that attaching them to lighter kettlebells and using them for various arm and shoulder exercises, can really add some spice to a workout. Thanks for a solid and reasonably priced product.

Rubber that holds bungees together fell off immediately with first grab on one of the holds. And they slide down to the bottom on all grips we have. Bought 3 sets of these. It's frustrating. I feel like I could have made all of these for what I paid for one set. But, my son loves them.

Added these bungee hangers to my ninja gym along with PVC pipe and lacrosse ball hangers and wow did they up the intensity. They work as described and are very durable. Recommend to anyone looking for improved grip strength training.

Overall, they feel great. I’d recommend them. There’s only one small problem. The black piece on the top slips down. I’m sure I can put duck tape or something over it to secure it better.
