MintFroest Best Ultralight Sun Umbrella, Portable Travel UV/Sun Protection UPF 50+ Umbrella Compact Windproof Rain Umbrella

We bought this after these 29 different effusive 5 star reviews. This is some sort of fake paid product launch campaign. I think every single review is paid (even though "verified purchaser." ) One reviewer highlighted the wonderful packaging. The packaging is a very thin plastic cellophane wrapper, just like on the $3 umbrellas sold on the street--not worthy of comment. Even worse, the construction of this umbrella is flimsy and the umbrella does not stay open. A serious flaw making it unusable. This product is not as advertised nor (with the exception of this review), as reviewed. Buyer beware. This sort of thing is now happening all over Amazon. It seems to be worthwhile for product launch vendors to purchase a lot of products to launch something and generate a huge number of 5 star reviews. If you track the reviews of the 29 other reviewers (click on their name) they seem to always give 5 star reviews in the midst of a new product launch. Those products start with great reviews like this one and then someone finally says "what gives with all the positive reviews." Eventually (when real folks buy the products) more and more of the reviews become 1 star. Even getting towards 1000 five star reviews does not seem to indicate real user reviews anymore. Our useless umbrella is going back.

I got tired of applying sunblock everytime I went out. Especially since I have no idea what they use in that stuff. I get exhausted by the sun, and where I live they don't have the foresight to plant trees. I use a hat most days, but when it's 90+ degrees outside this is a lifesaver. No don't use this when it rains, it will fall apart. Get a rain jacket for that.

Color is pretty, but no cover for the umbrella. Will likely get dirty fast. The clip to hold the umbrella opened doesn't catch well. The handle is a small nub and the pole attached is not smooth and round; kinda hurts your hand to hold it up too long. Pole is a little short too, adding to the problem. It's ok. Not sure if it'll hold up to frequent use.

I have Roseacea and this is a tremendous help as I break out fro the sun.

Fell apart before I used it. Poorly made, but cheap, so I guess you get what you pay for. I returned it and am looking for another built better.

This umbrella is awful! My daughter used it for less than a month and it already broke. It's too late to return it.

I loved that I was able to have this sun protection! Helped me keep cooler too! I'll never use a regular umbrella, for the sin, again!
