This Tumbler fits the bill nicely and looks good doing it! If I was at one of the national coffee chains, I would expect to pay $25 or more and not the sub $10 that I did pay. Besides being really cool because it double walled, one of the nice features is that it has a wide diameter, so the inside can be cleaned really good. A lot of times stainless steel tumblers cannot be properly cleaned inside, because they are so narrow and they get stained from the coffee or tea I drink. Bonus! Without the lid, the Tumbler fits just under the spout for my coffee bar. I received a poorly made lid that was broken. I didn't even have the chance to use it.I had lost my travel coffee mug a few weeks ago. It was great because the lid was super spillproof (I'm paranoid about coffee spilling inside my backpack), but it didn't hold enough coffee. When I lost it, I went on the hunt for a coffee mug that would hold enough coffee. This looked like a great option and the reviews were promising, I was so excited for it.When I received it, it came in this white package. Nothing seemed to be wrong, I just thought it was a little odd that there would be no brand logo or anything on the package, and the mug itself wasn't wrapped in anything either. I took out the mug, I didn't really look closely at the tumblr, I went straight to the lid. I noticed that the flap of the lid was loose, I slid it back and forth and it seemed waaay too loose. It didn't seem spillproof to me. I thought maybe it was just the way it was and decided to test it out.I filled it with a little bit of tap water - just a little. I tipped it upside down and water began dripping out - then bam - the flap of lid fell through, water gushed out. I unscrewed the lid and found that one of the small plastic tabs was hanging off by a sliver (see photos), so I grabbed it and the tab detached immediately.Obviously this is a stretch, but the poor packaging and broken lid made me feel as if I had received someone's unwanted mug - it didn't feel new at all. It felt like a scam. So awful and absolutely ridiculous. If I had bumped it around a little, I would maybe understand if the lid was broken. I had literally filled it with just a BIT of water and tipped it upside down. So incredibly disappointing, will one hundred percent be returning and asking for a refund, and will not be buying from them again.
