Firstly, let's talk tellies. The TV is lovely, we haven't quite got it to look like the artwork we've seen online, but I'm sure we'll get there. I like that the remote is solar, but can also be recharged via USB-C too. I do find the onscreen display a little laggy, not as responsive as I would hope, so we will use our Apple TV 99% of the time even though it does have all the streaming services we use built-in. The brackets we're also super easy, although I gave up with the instructions and template, and just measured and used frog tape to work it all out. Overall, it's the telly we wanted.However, please don't buy it off Amazon if you're looking to try and claim the free Bezel deal or their free soundbar deals. We followed the link from Samsung's own website to Amazon as their favoured reseller. But it turns out, they won't honour the deal. I saw the price and delivery date and just went for it. Samsung however won't accept that it's bought from Amazon, as it turns out it was a reseller who sold it. My argument is that (a) we didn't even realise it was a reseller, but also (b) we purchased through Amazon, paid Amazon, got emails from Amazon, it was basically Amazon who our sales agreement was with! We're trying to argue the case now probably with an automated bot, so I will update should this change, but be warned.

Tv is perfect on time and easy to put on the wall , tv also came with wall mount, also fantastic picture quality

These televisions have a well-known backlight bleeding issue (which you can search for online) which means that you get light patches on dark screens as shown in the attached. This is apparently within the specification of the TV, so not a fault that they will help with.I still gave the TV 3 stars as it looks lovely on the wall and this only affects dark scenes, but if you want a perfect picture, do not choose this TV.

Great design lead television. I really liked the matte display and how it removes glare!
