Bit pricey but great product which has improved my 'good' cholesterol. Like that the shell is made from pea starch and not corn starch like some others.

Easy To Take But Slightly Fishy Taste
Overall, the capsules are small and easy to swallow. My only concern is that they do have a slight “fishy” taste, which I wasn’t expecting from an algae-based supplement. It’s not overwhelming, but it is noticeable. That said, these should work well if used as a top-up rather than the sole source of omega-3. You can naturally get a good dose from foods like a palm’s worth of walnut halves or a tablespoon of flaxseed, and then take these softgels 2–3 times a week. Used that way, a single pack can last a couple of months, making them more cost-effective too. In short, they’re a convenient supplement for vegetarians and vegans, but with a slight taste issue that’s worth being aware of.

Amazing
These are amazing. I've been in so much pain with my knees and elbows it's been worrying me. Started taking these a week ago and it has almost completely resolved the pain and stiffness. I'm actually shocked by how well these worked.
