huge bags!! Works great for my home bakery with freezing things! nice and thick.

I love the size of these bags. I think they are so great; I give them away to friends and family as one of my neat finds. Just last night I took a 35-lb bag of dogfood and split it up into these smaller size bags because they seal, and the dogfood bags don't seal. I think it will keep the dry dogfood fresher (if that is possible). Plus, by putting into the smaller bags, they are soooo much more manageable. Perfect for documents and manuals where the 1-gallon size is just a tad bit small. Especially useful for tractor manuals. Protects them from the weather so I can keep them with the equipment. They probably work great for food too!

Nice large bags for storing your flour sugar or cereal box in to help cut down any pests (as in ants or roaches not thick enough to prevent mice or rats!!). I put a dessicant pack in each also and so far that works well. Place bagged items in a Rubbermaid tub (or similar) and usually rats leave that alone. If not you have bigger problems than food storage!! But these are great bags. Pricey yes but big and again thicker than most. Easily reused for my purposes. Bet they're great in the freezer. Shop around in price.

I LOVE the 2 GALLON size. SOMETIMES, you just need BIGGER, like when I make my sisters special birthday mix (grandmas mix)!! She is gonna be ECSTATIC next June!! Nice thickness, can also freeze things in them.

These bags are lovely and will be quite useful but I would have liked to know that they are not clear. One cannot match colors for crafts through a purple tinted bag!
