切れ味素晴らしいです 野菜をスライスするのに使用していますが、あまり力をいれなくても切れます。 調理が楽になります。 切れ味がいいので手を怪我しないように慎重に使っています。 慣れないうちは手袋とか使って使用したほうが良いかもしれません。 厚さを変えられるのも素晴らしいです。 割と大きいので、大きめの食材にも使えてありがたいです。

スライスする厚さを5段階に調整出来るので、料理に合わせてスライス出来て便利です。 切れ味もバッチリでした。 ただ、裏側がスライドさせる作り上二重になっていて、洗った時に隙間に水が入ってしまいカビないかが心配です。 洗ったあとはしっかり振って、水を切る必要があります。

洗ってて気が付いたんですが これ、パーツが外れてスッキリ洗えるのでしょうか？厚みが調整出来るので購入したのですが、ブンブンチョッパー並みに洗えないことが、衛生的に不安です。
