Tastes great and goes great in my smoothies.

I'm not going to say it tastes good–I think that's asking for too much. But the Cookies N' Cream flavor is not gross, has a high-quality blend of ingredients, and is easy to get down once a day after a workout. It is VERY sweet though, so prepare yourself. I tried the chocolate flavor as well, which was disgusting, because it doesn't taste like chocolate at all.. more like something that's chocolate flavored, like an ersatz chocolate of some kind (I suppose because that's exactly what it is!). Unlike others who have reviewed, I don't have any issues with clumpiness after shaking for a short period of time (I use a Blender Bottle). Results-wise, it's definitely been helping. I've been following Bigger Leaner Stronger, and slowly sculpting my body. This shake helps me get to my daily macro protein target, which is roughy 1:1 body weight to grams of daily protein. I'm cutting weight right now, and ALSO getting stronger, which is rare in someone my age who historically frequently works out (and so my body is already adjusted to weight training).

This is one of the best-tasting protein powders I’ve tried! The cookies & cream flavor actually tastes like a milkshake, and it mixes super easily with no clumps. I’ve noticed great results with recovery and muscle gain since switching to this brand. The only downside is the price — it’s a bit on the expensive side. That said, it’s totally worth it when you can grab it on sale. Stock up when it’s discounted — your workouts (and taste buds) will thank you!

I wish I had purchased this in plain Chocolate.. I don't like the taste of this product. Seems weak in flavor. At least to me. It certainly doesn't taste like "Cookies & Cream". That I do like.

Taste really good and I’m not joking, I’m really noticing muscle gain and people are commenting on my muscle gain so I know it’s not just me. I think I’m going to be stuck with this one for awhile unless I find something better, but I’ve tried so many I’ll stay with this one for awhile. One thing that I’m doing is drinking a protein shake before bed and when I wake up and of course workout at least two days a week.

Me gustó muchísimo esta proteína. Se disuelve muy rápido, sin grumos, incluso solo con agua. El sabor está muy conseguido y no resulta empalagoso. Además, la fórmula con proteína de suero aislada y péptidos hace que se sienta como un producto bastante completo para después de entrenar. Sin duda la volvería a comprar si está en oferta.

I bought this on Prime Day at a substantial discount. I go through so much protein powder I am pretty price sensitive, but I wanted to try a gentle introduction to using creatine and this seemed like a good option with 3g of creatine per serving. The powder tastes good and dissolves easily in water with just a spoon swirl, no shaking needed. Sugar content is 2g per serving. It is possible it is a subjective feeling or due to other factors, but it seems like the creatine is working. I feel a little less worn out as I go through my routine and I have broken through a couple long standing lifting plateaus. I have also gained a couple pounds of water weight, a known side effect of creatine. Drink a lot of water with it. I will consider buying this again at full price based on this positive experience.

Awesome product. major increase in lean mass. minimal post workout soreness. can push to my limits and go for new personal records. only one scoop that to small is required compared with other protien formulas. best product and best service by the supplier.

I've been using the nitro tech performance series protein by muscle tech for a while now and it is great for building lean muscle mass and tastes amazing especially the chocolate and the cookies and cream flavor. I've ordered it multiple times on Amazon and have received authentic product every time and Amazon delivery has also been spot on.
