This is my second month im starting sport formula, it gives me lots of energy. I love the fact that it has amino acids in it and multi vitamins. So far I have lost 10 lb. I read up on this supplement and this is a good one.

I've been using these vitamins for a couple of years now. They are super clean and you will certainly feel the difference. Start out slow with them, then gradually move up. I take 5 in the morning and then 3 in the afternoon. The afternoon does is optional. I take them because I work out hard in the morning. I also run my own company and find myself under considerable stress and need a little something to help boost me through the afternoon. Jimmy (The owner) is just an absolute great guy to work with. I live in a rural area and had some shipping issues. He jumped on it and took care of any issues I had, no questions asked. They operate like a small business and care about each of their customers as though you were the biggest customer they have. That's what real service is about, and with a quality vitamin you just can't go wrong here.

I mix the capsules powder into my drink but the after taste is chalky. I noticed the results on my finger nails and they are amazing! Best my nails have ever been.
