I started eating Keto because I am really sensitive to gluten. But I had heard that a Ketogenic diet could make you feel tired. I’m already tired so I don’t need any more. So I wanted to take something that would help me feel more energetic. I liked that it has high B vitamins, maganese and other vitamins. The price is more than I would tend to pay but if it worked, I would be happy. I haven’t tried putting it under my tongue. I just mix with water. It is a little hard to dissolve but the flavor is good. In fact it’s really sweet so I add a little lime. So far I have been feeling great. I don’t take it everyday because I’m not working out. So I figured I would stretch it out. I’m excited that it is helping me.

These are our families go to drink when we had a big work out, feeling sick etc. The ingredients say it all. The stuff you buy at Target/ Walmart are just filled with sugar. These also have amino acids. Being a former tennis player that traveled a lot you will see players always drinking something with no label. Let's just say it's not Gatorade. This is very similar to what we used on tour. This drink replaces what you lose and keeps you healthier.

These are perfect for high intensity sports, work outs, stamina work etc... I love them. And honestly, I have indeed felt my recovery be faster and better. And it's comforting to have these when I'm having a nauseous day. Putting this in a 64oz water bottle ensures my body is getting something when I can't eat much. Orange is my favorite.

I've been using this Multivitamin Powder Drink Mix for a few weeks now and it's been a great addition to my daily routine. The fruit punch flavor is delicious and makes it easy to drink. I appreciate that it's keto and vegan-friendly. The amino acid powder and electrolytes are also a nice bonus for my workouts. The only reason I'm giving it a four-star rating instead of five is that it did upset my stomach sometimes. It wasn’t too bad though. I have been buying the individual packets for a few years now without issue but my last two boxes have contained a majority of packets where the product has gotten clumpy as a result of exposure to air. I’m uncertain as to if the packets just aren’t sealed properly or if the slit is too deep but I am very unhappy with the recent experience.

This vitamin powder has really helped me feel more energetic! I had to switch from my capsule vitamins to a powder and I have been so impressed with this. I also LOVE that I don’t have to mix it with water to take it. I like being able to let it dissolve under my tongue. It tastes great and i can take it while I’m out without having to worry about mixing with water. But I tried it in water at home several times and it tastes good that way too! I took the advice on the packaging and only took half the packet at a time for the first week just in case I was sensitive to the B vitamins. I haven’t had any of the flushing or tingling and I’ve started taking an entire packet In one sitting and have felt great! I am so happy to have found these vitamins. I usually get sleepy/tired at 2pm, but since taking these I haven’t needed my afternoon coffee! I highly recommend these!

Awesome product! I feel more energy to get thru the tough workouts, quicker recovery and not so tired later in the day. The first day i decided to take some under my tongue and rest in my water that I drink during my workout because I wasn't sure how I might react. That worked great for me, I just continued to do just that on my workout days. Off days, I use half in water bottle first thing in the morning, the rest mid day. My trainer recommended this product. It is the only supplement he recommends. He owns a gym and could make money from MANY other products but will only sell what he knows will work, and this is it! As impressed as I am with the product I'm just as impressed with the company. They want to ensure the product works for you! They have reached out to me directly, something you NEVER see these days. I just started with this product, so will update in a couple of weeks. BTW, I'm not in good shape and it works for me. Others at the gym who are in good or even great shape use this and love it!
