I am very impressed with the structure I had a very expensive and gorgeous Jacuzzi, 7 person hot tub for almost 25 yrs. This is pretty much like a toy compared to my Jacuzzi, but, as I said, I am so impressed with the quality of this tub. I'm not a pushover for something like this. So easy to set up. I've had absolutely "0" trouble keeping the water chemically safe. The water gets warm fairly fast..couple of hours. It's been in the high 90's here for the last 2 weeks. I turned the heater off and the water had been a steady 88Β° to 90Β° with no heater on. At night the temp does drop fast, down to the 70's. Understandable. I run the filter about 3 to 4 hrs a day...water is perfectly balanced. I keep the chlorine ball in it at all times. You do need to measure that correctly. The bubbles are so strong yet soft on your body at the same time. So impressed with that feature too. It came with colored lights too. Haven't used them yet, but I'm sure it will be fine. Everything else is so above average with this tub. I cannot think of anything that I can report as below average with this tub. It's a considerably more expensive than some of the other ones on desertcart. But I knew I wanted Quality and that is what you get with this hot tub. Is there a cushion on the bottom? I bought one and didn’t get that** A: Yes. Mine came with a white blow up cover in addition to the black cover. There is not a cushion on the bottom. You set your hot tub on a kind of bubble wrap that's included. I used a bit of extra padding underneath. Mine is on my deck (reinforced for hot tub) and it is very comfortable. **Q: Can you use this in the cold freezing temperatures ?** A: Love this hot tub. Instructions states it should not be outside with temps below 40. We moved it to the lower level of our house during the winter months. Just need to have a good vent for the humidity etc. **Q: why do I keep getting an E90 code. I have changed filters, unplug and plugged back on and it keeps happening.** A: My light kit cover had a small hole and water had caused the batteries etc to rust. I plugged the hole that the kit screwed into with an accompanying plug and it cut off air flow to filters, thus the Error E90 code. Other than that I am very pleased with my purchase. ### ⭐ Constant e90 errors on new hot tub *by C***S on October 7, 2025* We used to have an inexpensive off brand hot tub which had lasted for many years and was great. After moving we purchased this hot tub as it is one of the largest inflatable ones available and we wanted the extra room. Although it's awesome when it's working, we get e90 errors constantly. The e90 error appears as an indication that water flow os restricted which can be from dirty filters or water level being too low. To be fair, we tried purchasing the off-brand filters at first but afyer getting the errors a few times we switched to the intex branded ones to see if that would fix the issue. Even with sufficient water levels and intex branded filters, we get an e90 error daily which, especiallt in the winter, will mean the pump/heat turn off and the temp will drop. The manual suggested unplugging the pump for 30 minutes to clear the code but that didn't resolve the consistent errors either.
