Great product…I add purified drinking water and let it sit overnight. Hands down tastes better than the purified water before the copper vase.

This copper carafe and cup is beautiful and makes water taste so much better, Im drinking about 5X more water than I used to. I don't have to "force" myself to drink water, it goes down easy.

Metallic taste
I purchased two of these in April of 2024 as gifts. They were not used until December 2024. A few weeks after use, both carafes began to give off a metallic taste. One of the carafes turned completely black on the inside and the other one developed spots. They only ever had reverse osmosis water in them with no additives. They were cleaned using baking soda paste as the instructions suggested. Additionally, with the carafe being so narrow, it makes it difficult to clean the inside. I am very disappointed, especially since it is well past the return date.
