- Designed for long length, front heavy, camera packages, it attaches to the 15mm lightweight rods from your camera's baseplate, and attaches to the tripod plate using a 3/8-16" and 1/4-20" screw
- The adjustability of the Tripod mounting plate makes it possible to balance a front heavy camera on your tripod properly
- The Tripod mounting plate should be placed in front of your camera baseplate when the center of gravity is under the lens from adding weight to the front of the camera with accessories like a depth of field adaptor, follow focus, matte box, etc.
- Note: this plate cannot be mounted directly to the camera body and camera cages
