Amazing work . I wore these for country fest in Nashville with iffy boots I knew the boots weren’t the best due to ankle discomfort and I’m so glad I found these . I put one on each side of my ankles (one pack includes four gels) and then added long supportive socks to maintain them from moving around and they worked like a charm . Glad I found these . Not big on reviews but I will for this one

I bought these, along with a few other products, to help my ankles out with a rough pair of skates that I own. These were exactly what I needed as they help take the pressure off of my ankle bone and keep the skate material from rubbing my ankle skin. they're just four clear gel discs that come in plastic zip bags. My only complaint is I have to put them under my socks, and sometimes when I sweat they slide around. I started to use ace bandages in order to keep them in place, but that hasn't taken away from their effectiveness. They do get dirty quick, and will get lint and dirt stuck to them pretty easily, but cleaning them with some warm water takes that away with no problem and retains their adhesiveness. I would definitely recommend this product for those suffering from tight shoes and skates around the ankle.

These were nice, thick gel pads but unfortunately didn’t stick well to my CAM boot. The pieces shifted or fell out when using them. I was really hoping these would improve my comfort post surgery, but no luck. This was a miss.

Decent thickness, they do help protect my ankles when they stay in place. That being said, they don't stay in place well unless you're wearing very tight socks. Keeping around in case they work better in different shoes.

I’m an amputee and these are working so well with my liner. Definitely recommend using this if you’re looking for something to make your prosthetic a little less painful this is the way to go. They are silicone so they are very durable and lightweight. The bone on my stump is where I use them and I wouldn’t even know that they are on. So comfortable. It really eases some of the pain. Worth the price. But if Amazon wants to send me some freebies I wouldn’t mind.

Was looking for foot protection post Achilles surgery. These did not work. Absolutely no sticky to hold in place so when I went to put on a sock or shoe it would just roll and bunch up.

I used these in a pair of Antik AR1 skates that were beginning to dry rot. They allowed me to skate without pain for a few more months until I could replace the boots. They stayed in place for a 2 hour practice and majorly reduced the pain and pressure points.

I wish I had these when I was an active figure skater. Tried only once in my skates, but they completely padded my ankles and made the experience enjoyable instead of painful. Recommend!

スキーのブーツであたりが出てしまい、こちらを購入しました。 足に貼り付けて位置がずれないように靴下を履くのが面倒です。厚みがありますが弾力性があるのでブーツを普段どおりの位置で締めても圧迫感がなく、痛みがほとんどなくなりました。ブーツのインナーにドーナツ型にして貼り付けるタイプのパッドも試しましたが、そちらはブーツを締めると圧迫感が強く、うっ血して足がしびれてしまいましたが、こちらのシリコンパッドはそれがなかったです。洗って使いまわしてます。

Works exactly how intended. Can be used for blisters from new work boots as well. Simply worth every penny

Arrived very fast. They are thicker then I expected but also very stretchy so with the good stretch I can control how thin I need it in the boot. Can’t wait to try it on the ice. These are awesome. I can’t believe that I finally can focus on my training instead of pain. Will recommend to everyone now. Better than my gel ankle sleeves, that would take space in the boot and provide extra padding where I don’t need.
