The pre-drilled holes matched up with my holster and these clips are holding up well. They allow for some flex, which is important, but they're thick and tough enough that there's no permanent deformation going on. They hold onto a belt just fine and they make it easy to put the holster on and fairly easy to get it off as well. The included hardware is good too.
