Great little Glue gun does exactly what I want but cos it's the mini one the glue sticks melt really quickly with being so mini sticks compared to a full size glue gun but absolutely perfect and with arthritis in my hands isn't heavy to hold and works perfectly definitely recommend for all your little gluing jobs or crafts x

Got it for few arts and crafts stuff to glue. It's great for what I need it for

It has no on or off switch, when you leave it on, in its stand it leaks glue on to your work surface and on to the little blue stand. The glue is a cheap and doesn't stick too well. It leaves "strings" all over. The lead us good and long, it's only saving grace. Wish I'd looked into this product more. I would return it but I had to use it ,before finding out the problems.

Just what I needed

The media could not be loaded. This is a very robust build for a mini glue gun. It has a strong trigger and an excellent mechanism for pushing the glue sticks into the gun, far better than any of my other mini guns. The stand is also very robust but gets in the way of the short nozzle when being used and has to be pushed back to make it easier to use which is a nuisance. It heats up in a minute and a half, just as quickly as my 20W gun, but only uses 10W of energy. It also has a long cable being over 1.5m. I used it to mend an old candlestick top that had lost its thread and just wobbled on the spindle. The glue cooled before I could get the top fully on the spindle but I was able to screw it on the last little bit and it has made a very firm repair.There are two problems with it to my mind. First of all, it doesn't have a switch and can only be turned on and off at the mains. Second of all, the nozzle is very short and the hole is wider than my full-sized gun that takes large glue sticks. This makes it unsuitable for poking into narrow spaces and difficult to control the amount of glue used as it flows very quickly through the large hole. If it had a longer, narrower nozzle, it would be an excellent little gun but as it is, it is more like a full-sized gun in terms of glue flow and usage, just in a mini size. The 20 supplied glue sticks will be used up in no time.

I bought this item for making decorations for Christmas presents & a garland to put at the door. Went through quite a lot of glue sticks!Works well, got the work done!The only down side to this & I guess could be for any, but, was quite messy when placed down to do what else was necessary.
